This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is offered by Gacelas for all jewelry purchased directly through Gacelas.com. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to any rights provided by consumer-protection laws in your country or state.
Products Covered
If you are the original retail purchaser, your jewelry is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Under normal usage, if any manufacturing defects occur and we confirm it’s a quality issue, we will provide warranty repairs or a replacement item at no cost to you.
This Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues such as broken clasps, loose stones, or faulty settings that occur under normal wear
Uncovered Items
The Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading of plating, tarnishing of silver over time)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or water beyond standard care guidelines
- Lost or stolen items
Warranty Process
To start a warranty claim:
- Contact our Customer Support team at info@gacelas.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the defect.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Approved claims will receive either a repair or a replacement item of the same or comparable model, depending on availability.
Items replaced under warranty become the property of Gacelas.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
- Gacelas will cover outbound shipping for approved warranty replacements.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the defective item back to us unless otherwise arranged.
- Please keep all original packaging whenever possible for safe return.
Limitation of Liability
Gacelas’ responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
