Returns Overview
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unworn jewelry in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective
• To start a return, please email info@gacelas.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection
• Customized, engraved, or final-sale items are non-returnable
Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition, free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
• Items must include all original packaging (box, pouch, certificates, and accessories)
• Customized, engraved, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival
Refunds for Eligible Returns
• Full refund to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges
• Customer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect
• Returned packages should be insured and trackable to avoid loss or damage in transit
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after inspection
Exchanges
• Accepted within 30 days for items of equal or greater value
• Price differences will be invoiced or refunded accordingly
• Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns
Defective or Damaged Items

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
• Shipments refused or returned due to incorrect address will be refunded minus original and return-shipping costs once received
